     Riding a bicycle solo can be a very enriching experience as it offers me a unique combination of physical exercise, personal freedom, and mental relaxation. Cycling is a beautiful thing. Whenever I have nothing to do, I just take my bike out and ride. Whenever I go out for a ride or go running, the only app I use is Strava. It records my distance, speed, elevation change, and many other things. When it comes to improving my fitness, exploring new places, or simply enjoying some time alone, riding a bike solo can be a highly rewarding activity. I can choose my own pace, stop whenever I wish to enjoy my surroundings, and I can also choose my own routes that offer enjoyable scenery.
